Dear Viewers:
To introduce myself, I'm Sherry Stellar, of the Meadows Group Realtors. I've been a full time, licensed Realtor since 1985, and with over 1150 sales behind me I feel I can offer buyers and sellers a high level of expertise. I'm familiar with marketing and selling resale homes as well as new construction. Up until recently I was co-owner in a home building company (Stellar Homes Inc).
I have proven systems in place for (a)closing a home on time, (b) preparing and pricing a home to sell at top value without over or underpricing it, (c) prequalifying a buyer, and (d) advising clients of the usual and customary Real estate prctices in our area.
I place mutiiple pictures of my listings on the internet I'm a firm believer in holding houses open with an ad in the newspaper. My experience with open houses has been very positive. I sell approximatly 25% of my own listings in this manner.
At this writing, February 2004, the Portland Metropolitan area is experiencing good real estate activity. The average sales price has increased 5.8% over a year ago.
